All data you enter into Trabizo — including but not limited to business information, customer contacts, jobs, invoices, expenses, quotes, time entries, photos, and documents — remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any user content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete your data or account.
You have the right to request an export of your data at any time, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

When you store personal data of your customers in Trabizo, you are the data controller for that customer data under the GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and processing of customer data complies with applicable data protection laws. Trabizo acts as a data processor on your behalf for such data.
The Trabizo application, including its design, code, features, interface, branding, logos, documentation, and all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by Marc Griffin Mayor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Spain, the European Union, and applicable international treaties.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Trabizo application on your personal devices for your business management purposes.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Service without obligation or compensation to you.
Trabizo is currently offered as a free service. No payment is required to create an account or use any currently available features.

While we strive to maintain reliable service, Trabizo is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA).

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure, primarily Google Firebase. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate known issues.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Financial calculations: Trabizo provides tools for tax calculations, invoicing, and expense tracking as aids to your business management. These tools are not substitutes for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial data and compliance with applicable tax regulations. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax advisor for your specific situation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Spanish or EU consumer protection law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRABIZO, ITS OWNER, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty euros (EUR 50.00).
The limitations set forth in this section shall apply even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and are an essential basis for our ability to offer the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trabizo, its owner, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 08770 Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Spain, unless you are a consumer, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of domicile in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent, or severed if modification is not possible.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trabizo regarding the use of the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
